      Chat Room

      I am having some issues with the chatroom. I am unable to see anyone in the rooms (when I know there are people in it..) or see anyone talking? Is there a limitation on what browser I can use?

      Hi Grimm,

      Are you taking live chat the (group chat) or IM chat that is in the bottom right of your page. Can you explain how you know they are in the room if you can't see anyone? We will do our best to trouble shoot this for you. This site works best in Firefox, IE, Chrome, and Safari. What browser are you using?

      PS... If you see a negative number under a chat room, it is a bug that is currently being worked on. It doesn't imply there is anyone in the chat room. You should see them on the right column if they are in the room.
