  • I will be doing some Smiling Meditation today. I will meditate all day sometimes at home and sometimes in public places such as malls and parks. If you would like to join me as I meditate in local malls and parks let me know and maybe we can arrange to meet every Sunday or if you have a more convenient day in mind.
    Time and space is simply an illusion of separateness, so for those that cannot meet in person just setting the intention that we are meditating together is enough.
