  This morning I went outside to have my coffee and watch th sunrise, as I do every morning, and talk to my tree. Have a huge Oak tree in the front yard that just resonates so wonderfully with me. I can feel her talking back.

  As I am leaning against her, talking to her, I felt her say "So are you happy?".. I stopped talking...listened to the birds...then they stopped.

  That is always a signal that the sun is about to come over the horizon. Funny how even the birds will stop their chatter suddenly...I think even they wtch the beauty of a new day unfolding.

  In this total silence I listened to my Heartsong and felt my answer to her...

  In this moment I AM Happiness...

  In this moment I AM Peace

  In thsi moment I AM Joy

  In this moment I AM at One with All That Is

  In this moment I AM In Light and In Love

  This is the moment I have been waiting for...and in this moment I shall stay...

  Right here...Right NOW !!!
