You don’t have to look very hard or far to find the majority of people in the world are either completely dissatisfied with their current government or have completely lost faith in government in general. Why? How did things get this bad when many world governments were founded on the principle that governments derive their power from the consent of the governed (that being US) and when any form of Government becomes destructive, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.
Years ago, when news traveled by foot and carriage, personal governmental representation was practical, but today, with the internet and information technology, this type of government has lost its usefulness as well as become excessively corrupt. We need to explore a more practical and effective means of government and get rid of the corruption that threatens our very existence. We the people of the world must use the power we have ALWAYS had.

Make Love Not War ~ Ban the Boom!
The peace movements of the 1960's should serve to remind us of what can be achieved when the masses band together and demand change. What an incredible time in world history.
What happened to the momentum of the 60's?
Where did all that infectious determination go and how can we get it back? These are only a few of the subjects we need to discuss. The idea of peace is so multifaceted and should be explored fully on all levels, including the concept of inner peace, because lasting peace may not be truly attainable until we each find our own inner reserve of peace.
Fighting for Peace
The concept of fighting for peace is such an oxy-moron (emphasis on moron). Is it not ironic that the United States polices every country who tries to develop a nuke yet, it is the ONLY country that has ever actually dropped a nuclear bomb. Hypocritical? Think about it.
The time has come to dig down deep and muster up some of that 60's momentum and ignite change in a non-violent peaceful manner. Join the action and help build the future!
